Members at Large are full members of the National Association of Power Engineers but do not have a Chapter withing 50 miles of their home. Members at Large retain all the rights and privileges of other Members. Members at Large may attend any Chapter meeting or take classes at any Chapter house but must be ready to present their Member ID upon request.
