This membership is limited to electrical, mechanical, maintenance, and practicing engineers who have had at least one (1) year experience in the operation, maintenance, design, or supervision of steam generating, power generating, or refrigeration plants.

$96 represents the National portion of your annual dues (discounted 20%). A one-time National Initiation fee of $30 will be added for new members. District of Columbia Chapter 1 currently has Active Membership Chapter dues of $50. The total amount due for applying to this Chapter will be $170 the first year and $140 every year thereafter.

Associate Membership in this Chapter may be granted to those persons indirectly connected in the Engineering field, who shall otherwise qualify for membership. Associate Members have all of the rights and privileges as Active Engineer Members.

DC01 - Student Active (Manual Renewal - $150 First Year Dues - $120 Renewal Fee) - $120.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments This Membership Application is for Student Membership in District of Columbia Chapter 1 which serves the Washington D.C. area and surrounding communities.

Student Membership in this Chapter may be granted to any person attending an accredited engineering school, including NAPEEF, who shall otherwise qualify for membership. Student Members shall have all rights and privileges of membership except: (1) voting, (2) holding elective or appointive office, or (3) serving as State or National Delegates. Student Membership is automatically rolled up to Active Engineer Membership when a student graduates, or should the student drop out or change to non-engineering courses.

$120 represents the National portion of your annual dues. A one-time National Initiation fee of $30 will be added for new members. District of Columbia Chapter 1 currently does not charge chapter fees for students. The total amount due for applying to this Chapter will be $150 the first year and $120 every year thereafter.

National Life Member - $1,500.00 (USD) Subscription period: Unlimited This Membership Application is for National Lifetime Membership in the National Association of Power Engineers. Your one time National Initiation fee and first year's Chapter dues are included. Your Chapter dues (if any) will be displayed in the application when you choose your Chapter.
