Printable Applications

Our online applications are the best and most convenient way to apply for Membership and provide the quickest processing time. In the event that you are unable to complete a Membership application online, we have provided these printable PDFs for your use. You may save these files to your device or print them right from your browser. 

You can send the completed forms back to us through the mail to 1 Springfield Street, Suite 1, Chicopee, MA 01013 or by faxing the form to us at 413-592-1998. The completed form could also be scanned and emailed back to us at nape@powerengineers.com.

As soon as your application has been received and processed, the Chapter you have chosen to join will be contacted with the details about your new membership. If you are unable to find a Chapter near you, you can become a 'Member at Large.' Members at Large are members of N.A.P.E. but do not belong to a specific Chapter because they are more than 50 miles away from the nearest Chapter. These individuals receive all mailings, newsletters, and regular membership benefits. They can attend any Chapter meeting as a member (as long as their membership card is presented to the Chapter) and can still receive education at the member rate at any Chapter, should they choose to do so.
